I work out of two facilities that are only a few hundred yards apart. Both have their own advantages and disadvantages, Both are bright and airy with wheelchair access. Dolphin has wheelchair accessible showers as well.

Kinetic is a small facility but with all the items you need and good quality cardio equipment and nice big mat stretching area.

Dolphin is larger with a lot more in free weights, some specialty equipment and circuit equipment and although their cardio equipment is new it is limited. It almost has the feeling of an old school gym.

UPDATE:- Dolphin is in the process of completely renovating the gym this summer. It should be completely finished in September. New Cardio Area, news weight mats, new washrooms and some new equipment.
